This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through the Bluum Creative website.
Bluum Creative is operated by Bluum Creative LLC.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final once files have been delivered or downloaded.
Digital products may include, but are not limited to:
• digital artwork
• illustration resources
• creative tools
• templates or downloadable materials
Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds are not offered after purchase.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us and we will assist you.
2. Physical Products
Many physical items offered through Bluum Creative are produced on demand, meaning they are created specifically for each order.
Because of this production process, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the issue
• a brief description of the problem
Once the issue is verified, Bluum Creative will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Items reported after the reporting window may not be eligible for replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
• digital downloads
• custom or commissioned artwork
• personalized items
• items reported after the return window
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Bluum Creative is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
